Soul Shine supports community-driven initiatives that benefit all members by harnessing the wisdom of nature to nurture our collective well-being.

We wish to collaborate with scientists, engineers, builders, educators, landowners, investors, musicians and leaders of youth-centered programs to create pathways for young entrepreneurs, enabling them to co-create their lives with joy and purpose.

We are rooted in authenticity, transparency and compassion and seek like-minded professionals to collaborate with. We look forward to bringing our soul shine to the table!

What does Soul Shine do?

Soul Shine is currently seeking highly synergistic, creative and energetic partnerships to launch several different offerings - all of which aim to amplify health and wellness in the community as we all face different challenges at this time.

Navigating today's business world with Soul Shine!

Lindsay Griffin is the owner of Soul Shine LLC which provides creative consulting and educational programming support to the Ventura and Ojai communities. Ms. Griffin graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in marine and coastal ecology in 2011. She is a mother to her son, River - and passionate about inspiring and igniting positive change throughout the community through music, food, and sustainable building practices.

Lindsay has over a decade of experience working in the field of environmental consulting - and an amazing third-party resource on a variety of topics. She's had the opportunity to work with multiple federal, state, and local agencies on complicated projects with competing interests. Lindsay’s strengths in technical writing and program management; and ability to forecast project needs and resources made her a successful consultant.

Lindsay has a background in real estate and property management, and managed community associations for homeowners in the Malibu area (on the beach), and throughout Ventura County. Lindsay's work in the environmental consulting field reflects intellectual curiosity, ethical grounding, and a strong commitment to sustainability, equity, and long-term systems thinking.

Soul Shine LLC was born with the intent to support the local community through work which empowers, inspires, connects and creates alignment with our natural world. She welcomes the opportunity to integrate into collaborative partnerships with other like-minded organizations who value food sovereignty, sustainable development, and access to expressive arts and entrepreneurial programs for youth members of the community.

Lindsay's leadership style emphasizes collaboration transparency and long-term impact rather than short term results. She leads by example, builds trust across diverse groups, and consistently aligns actions with values. Lindsay consistently shows her ability to be an effective manager and changemaker, with humble awareness and fearless curiosity to learn more about the world.

Lindsay is currently studying Agricultural Business and plant pathology through Ventura College. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, skateboarding, and surfing (when the water is welcoming). She is currently focused on feeding her "soul shine" which includes learning how to build homes from sustainable building materials, writing music programs for K-8 using sound healing instruments, making comics with her son, and camping with a cajon drum, a tent, some firewood and a microphone!
